Infused Water

Hot summer days urge me and my family to drink a lot of juices, and as healthy as it sounds, it is not. You know that soda is bad for you, including diet soda. Caloric beverages steal your health and steal great food from you because they fill you up with all the wrong stuff. Soda is the #1 culprit for the diabetes epidemic. Everything that is bottled except for water contains calories and contents that are not healthy for you which can cause great harm to your body in the long run.

So how to replace that craving of drinking something other than water?

Research junkie that I am, one day due to some miracle I came across several articles on numerous kinds of infused water. It is simply sliced veggies, fruits and herbs immersed in cold water overnight. While infused water has the benefit of being full of flavor, it also has no calories, making it a very powerful tool in your effort to lose weight and gain better health.

Yes, ladies, you read it right....

As we all know that drinking water helps you lose weight. Just by drinking water your body increases the calories it burns. But let's face it how much water can you drink? It gets boring right!!

Drinking infused water for weight loss is one of the easiest things you can do for better health. Because infused waters are naturally low in calories and contain no artificial ingredients, you can drink as much as you want. It is such an easy and affordable way to have you and your family drink more water.

Additional Benefits of Infused Water:
